Yoga & Meditation:
Our Mallorca Wellness Retreat features daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork sessions led by experienced instructor Melissa Andersen. Begin your day with energizing Vinyasa flow classes, incorporating a mix of practices such as Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. As the evening sets in, unwind with restorative yoga, yin sessions, breathwork, and guided meditations designed to calm and re-center your mind and body. This retreat focuses on the deeper aspects of yoga, helping you disconnect from the chaos of everyday life and embrace inner peace. Our goal is for you to take this sense of serenity home, integrating it into your mind, body, and soul.

This stunning 7-room villa stands alone on a hill with outstanding panoramic views over the center of the island. The Villa has a beautiful 24-meter pool, gym, sauna, and several Mediterranean terraces to practice yoga, meditation & breathwork. The quaint village of Alaro is known for hiking. The property is 50,000 sqm, private and peaceful.
