Pilgrimage To The Heart - Spain El Camino & Portugal

Camino de Santiago & Portugal September 14 – 26, 2026
A pilgrimage of body, mind, and soul.
We begin on the sacred Camino de Santiago, walking the final 115 kilometers from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela over 8 days — moving through ancient forests, rolling countryside, and centuries-old villages, carrying only what we need. Each day is supported by yoga, breathwork, and mindful presence as we walk one of the world's most transformational routes.
But the journey doesn't end at the cathedral. From Santiago we travel to Northern Portugal for 5 nights of deep rest, nourishing cuisine, and integration — giving the transformation space to truly land.
For the seekers, the curious, the tired, the awakening. For those who feel the Camino calling.
The Camino de Santiago
For over a thousand years, pilgrims have walked the Camino de Santiago — a sacred path leading to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, believed to hold the remains of the apostle St. James. Once a religious pilgrimage, it has become a deeply personal journey for seekers of all kinds, offering space for reflection, healing, and reconnection.
On this retreat, we walk the final 100+ kilometers of the Camino Francés, from Sarria to Santiago. Each day invites you into presence as we move 10–18 kilometers through rolling hills, ancient forests, and quiet villages. With every step, we slow down and return to what matters.
We stay in welcoming albergues and rural guesthouses — simple, soulful, and full of the warmth and connection that make this path so powerful.
Airport: Santiago-Rosalía de Castro Airport (SCQ) — best routed through Madrid or Barcelona.
Portugal — Rest & Integration
After the Camino, we journey to Casa da Aldeia Nova in Caminha — a picturesque village at the northwestern tip of Portugal where the Minho River forms a natural border with Spain.
This exclusive six-room countryside villa features a private pool, tennis courts, peaceful gardens, and beautifully designed spaces to rest and restore. Just a short drive from the coast, it's the perfect setting to absorb the transformation of the pilgrimage.
Each day includes yoga, breathwork, nourishing seasonal meals, and time to simply be — by the pool, in the sun, or under the stars. We'll also explore the region with curated excursions, including a visit to a nearby port wine town for a taste of authentic Portugal.
This is your time to exhale, reconnect, and return home grounded, spacious, and renewed.
Airport: Porto (OPO) — recommended for the flight home, one hour closer than Santiago.
Wellbeing Practices
Each day is supported by practices designed to help you reconnect, release, and restore. Daily yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement unwind tension and deepen awareness. Fascia release and somatic techniques bring freedom and presence to the body, while guided meditations, journaling, and group sharing circles create space for reflection and authentic connection.
These practices gently support you in returning to yourself — softening, opening, and awakening along the way.
